When small signals raise big questions
Living with a baby or toddler is close, intense and full of change. And sometimes there are phases when parents feel uncertain: because their child cries a lot, sleeps poorly, clings to them, gets angry quickly or withdraws. Or because transitions and stresses in everyday life upset the family balance.
At times like these, it can be a relief not to be alone. Seeking support does not mean that something is “wrong”, but rather that you take your child and yourself seriously.
